
Anthony Lambert
Anthony Lambert founded Champs United Inc. in 2007. He is a licensed UK/US developmental coach/mentor and an international scout, with a 20+ year history as a leader in the development and marketing of players both on the national and international stage.
Mr. Lambert has led many high-profile players both in the US and internationally, including players that went on to play for their respective nations. Mr. Lambert also has extensive affiliated relations with English Premier League clubs as well as other European top tier clubs and has a well-established and connected network. Mr. Lambert’s creative acumen gives him the ability to deliver clear strategic thinking and business-sound solutions for the club. He has been instrumental in building the club’s international reputation in the soccer landscape. He has developed an instinct for understanding the club’s needs and establishing collaborative relationships for both players and the club. He is passionate about exploring how good developmental soccer programs can have a positive influence on the young player’s experience. As an avid soccer fan, he enjoys the challenge of creating knowledgeable experiences for future soccer professionals.
Prior to founding Champs United Inc., Mr. Lambert spent 15 years in the finance department as a financial operations manager. In addition, he also worked in the hospitality industry where he was Project Manager for Capital Projects.

Lauren B. Cramer
Lauren B. Cramer is a partner with McLaughlin & Stern, a law firm located in New York City She joined in 1995 and is chair of the Firm’s Tax-Exempt Organizations department, where she advises public charities, private foundations, associations, community foundations and other 501(c) organizations. Her practice focuses largely on organizational structuring, governance and accountability issues, joint ventures between for-profits and tax-exempts, international grantmaking, and program-related investments. She is a graduate of Northwestern University and Syracuse University College of Law.
Ms. Cramer initially provided legal services to Anthony Lambert during the founding of Champs United Inc in 2007. Since then, she has served as Chair of the Board of Directors of Champs.
Ms. Cramer is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Syracuse University and serves on the advisory council of Syracuse University College of Visual and Performing Arts. In addition, she serves on the boards of The Philanthropy Workshop, National Dance Institute, Community Help in Park Slope, and Green-Wood Historic Fund, among others. She has also served as an officer and director of numerous charitable organizations in a pro-bono capacity, advising both private foundations and public charities on issues relating to governance, compliance, administration and the law.
She has guest lectured at Northwestern University, the University of Buffalo, New York University and Syracuse University. She recently presented on introduction to Donor Advised Funds for Northwestern University alumni and “Dance Company in a Box” for the Dance Data Project curriculum which provides female dance leaders with vital management skills (the podcast has been downloaded over 600 times since August).
